Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
Fill out previous participation form, where participants approve that they are not taking prescribed medicines.
Participants need’s to have an ID to demonstrate majority of age in their country of living, also a valid passport.
PAYMENT:
50% of the amount needs to be paid in order to make preparations – Bank account is in $ in Costa Rica, foreign transactions are allowed without extra fees.
50% will be paid in Pucallpa in cash, before taking the boat to the center.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the person decides to leave before day 5, 40% of the money will be returned.
Return to Pucallpa will be through a public transit boat, not with our boat, public boats goes each day around 1-2pm.
Your individual return will be scheduled, and the person will change the ticket from Pucallpa to Lima.
Once the fifth day has arrived, no amount is returned.
FACILITIES:
The cabins are for more than one person, we provide all things needed but have in consideration that probably you will share room.
Bathrooms are private from cabins as well as showers.
Kitchen is for common use, menu is displayed in the information section, if you don’t agree with it, you can cook your own food(ask for master’s recommendations to remain in good condition for the medicine)
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Teachers will attend at all costs with emergency equipment in case of some unusual medical event on the participants, but master’s are free of all responsibility since it is demonstrated that the medicine itself does not cause damage to any part of the body or cognitive functioning; If any side effect occurs, it would be the patient's fault to have hidden a condition or medication.
