Delegation Agreement: Likewise, by means of the following release of responsibility, the Dalo Tsana and Joxo Pionis project administration is exempted from any fault and responsibility for the actions that the person in question performs in the Joxo Pionis facilities. Through permits and cultural exchange between trained shamans through their lineage and knowledge of traditional and spiritual practices, due permission has been granted for the supply and use of traditional medicine, as well as the spiritual guidance that is required for the use of the effects of the plants considered sacred, among which is the mentioned Ayahuasca plant (Benisteriopsis caapi) and Chacruna (Psychotria viridis). Finally, through this release agreement, the signing person undertakes to preserve the private nature of the location of the Joxo Pionis project, as well as the practices carried out in it, with the exception of those cases in which the owner and administrator of the farm consents, or of those that by public judicial mandate is required.
